So happy you shared this! Just what I was looking for. I'm signing up for the seasonal one to make sure I do in faithfully and complete it. I'm excited to start!
Yay! I'm excited to hear how it goes. This framework also works a lot better for me as a parent because there are some weeks that just ... don't work out like you planned at all. ikyk!
Read "Atomic Habits" by James Clear. Weekly intentions are very similar to the style of Atomic Habits. Establish small victories and they build your enthusiasm to acomplish the next intentions. Nice article!
Ohhhh Katie, I'm so thrilled, and grateful, that this offering is returning for a second year! And in expanded form!
I'm feeling *really* ready for more intentionality, all around, in my life; and I'm already envisioning how supportive this will be.
Having community around it, too, feels super meaningful. That you're doing the Zoom calls goes so far beyond anything I could've imagined when I had chimed in, making the suggestion/request for greater connection/community support.
Do you remember the sign at the Women's March that read, "so bad even introverts are here?" Well, in the case of this Zoom, so GOOD even this introvert will be there. 🥰
On a separate note, I really appreciate you sharing about paying off your credit card debt this year (*congrats!!!*) ... That's one of my own goals as we move into the new year (along with a lot more mindful/intentional money stuff generally), and in my ongoing effort to make that a morally neutral reality for myself, reading your own celebratory but morally-neutral words helped. ❤️
Just read through it and I'm excited to put it to use! Living more intentionally has always been a goal of mine so I'm glad I came across this when I did.
Thanks for sharing this for free. I love it -- it's so lightweight, but still very intentional. I gave up my weekly planner and nightly journaling as I don't have the energy, and this seems like a really good replacement for both. (I found you via your comment/post on Anne Kadet's note.)

Hooray! I hope it works well for you.
Thanks for sharing this, Katie! I'm excited to try this out (and it feels so much more attainable than many of the goals I set for myself each year).

I'm going to give this a shot this year. Thank you so much for putting this together!

Introverts unite! I'm so excited to connect with you and others in a totally different format next year! xo

Hi Katie.
I just downloaded google docs in my phone and taken a look at the seasonal option. Going to give it a whirl.
Thanks!
thank you, Katie <3
Thank you for leading by example <3 <3 <3

I don't know how to access the Intentions doc so that I can write and save it.
Hi Karen! If you make a copy of the document, you can write in it. There are instructions how to do so on the first page of the document. Enjoy!
Katie, your decision to remove the paywall is so generous and instructive. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
